First and foremost, I forgot to do an Artist Spotlight for Grizfolk. I apologize for that and encourage everybody to check out their music. They are an alternative rock band and their debut album Waking Up The Giants is excellent.
With that out of the way. Here is my Artist Spotlight for Andrew McMahon in the Wilderness:

Andrew McMahon is probably most famous for being the main songwriter and lead vocalist of the alt-rock band Jack’s Mannequin and former frontman of emo-punk band Something Corporate. Nowadays he is known by his solo moniker Andrew McMahon in the Wilderness. His solo music is a little more pop-oriented and I think it’s awesome.
I was first exposed to Andrew’s music at a Weezer concert at Summerfest. I went to the concert on a whim because I got the tickets for free and Andrew McMahon just happened to be the opener. I was drawn to his music and have been a fan ever since.
The single “Ohio” off his latest album Upside Down Flowers is by far my favorite song of his.
